Cancellations/Refunds:

A cancellation request must be made in writing and submitted to Etiquette with Miss Janice seven days prior to a scheduled event in order to receive a full refund. A gift certificate will be issued if the cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the event.

Etiquette with Miss Janice reserves the right to cancel a scheduled event if, at least seven days prior to the event, the number of registered participants does not meet the required minimum. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
