| Cancellations/Refunds:
Due to preparations made for each attendee, a cancellation request
must be made in writing and submitted to Etiquette with Miss Janice
72 hours prior to a scheduled event in order to receive a full
refund or a gift certificate.
If paying by check, your check must be received at least 7 days prior to the event.
Etiquette with Miss Janice reserves the right to cancel a scheduled
event if, at least 72 hours prior to the event, the number of
registered participants does not meet the required minimum. In
this case, a full refund will be provided.
